Software development: Development
The team structure is closely tight to the specific requirements for the final product. As a general rule we engage a high-profile team leader for each 3 to 5 developers. Project Manager is assigned to the more complex projects, supervising the entire progress of the development process and serving as central point of contact with the customer.
The progress of the real development is monitored, daily and weekly reports are sent to the customer. Milestone points are evaluated separately and optionally reviewed with the customer.
